We create all practice exams, exam questions and course material on ToetsJeKennis ourselves. Our team writes every question, explanation and lesson based on the current exam requirements and legislation. We do not copy questions from official exams or from other providers. Therefore, all this content is copyrighted by ToetsJeKennis.
Registered with the Benelux-Bureau voor de Intellectuele Eigendom
To be able to prove that our exam questions and course material are truly ours, we register them with the Benelux-Bureau voor de Intellectuele Eigendom (BOIP) using an i-DEPOT. An i-DEPOT officially records on which date the content was in our possession and what it looked like at that time. This way, in the event of a dispute, we can prove that we are the creator and since when.
Is someone using our content without permission?
Copying, sharing, reselling or placing our exam questions or course material on another website or platform is not allowed without our written permission. Do you come across our questions or course material somewhere else? Let us know via the contact form. Please mention where you saw the content (for example, a link or screenshot). We take action against infringement, using the i-DEPOT as proof.
Do you think we are infringing on your copyright?
We take every report seriously. Are you the copyright owner, or are you authorised to act on behalf of the owner (for example, as a lawyer), then send us a report via the contact form with:
- your name, email address and, if you are acting on behalf of someone, the name of the rights holder;
- a description of the work to which you hold the copyright;
- where you believe it is located on our website (the link to the training or page);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised and that the information in your report is accurate.
We will review your report and compare it with our own registration. If we need more information or have made a decision, we will email you at the provided email address. Therefore, use an email address that you check regularly. If the report turns out to be justified, we will adjust the content or take it offline.
A report of intellectual property infringement is a serious matter. Anyone who deliberately makes a misleading or false report can be held liable for this.
