ToetsJeKennis complies with the Dutch Gedragscode Notice-and-Take-Down. This outlines how online service providers handle reports about content that may be unlawful or punishable by law. Because we create all our practice exams, exam questions and learning materials ourselves, everything on our website is our own responsibility. If you think something is not right, we will address it ourselves.

Submitting a report

Send your report via the contact form. If it concerns copyright or a trade mark, also take a look at File a copyright complaint or File a trade mark complaint. To process your report, we need:

• a description of the content you are reporting;
• a link to the page on our website where you saw this content;
• why you believe this content is unlawful or infringes on your rights;
• your name, email address and phone number, so we can contact you;
• if it concerns your rights: proof that you are the rights holder, or that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder;
• a statement confirming that the information in your report is accurate.

What do we do with your report?

We confirm receipt of your report and examine it carefully. If it concerns our own content, we compare the report with our registration at the Benelux-Bureau voor de Intellectuele Eigendom (i-DEPOT). If the report turns out to be justified, we adjust the content or take it offline. If not, we will let you know why. If the content is clearly punishable by law, we may also inform the competent authorities.

Why do you ask for so much information?

A report regarding infringement or unlawful content is a formal and legal request. Having complete information allows us to assess your report quickly and thoroughly. If anything is missing, we will contact you.

Do I have to enter my details again for every report?

Yes. We handle every report separately, with its own file. Therefore, please provide all details again with each report.

A report is a serious matter. Anyone who deliberately submits a misleading or false report may be held liable for any resulting damages.
