At the end of the introduction to this course, we briefly look ahead at the rest of the training. This HACCP training contains 13 chapters with accompanying practice exams. Each practice exam contains a number of questions. You cannot proceed to the next chapter until you have answered all questions correctly. The composition of the training is intended to teach you the essence of HACCP. That is why the training consists of the same 13 topics that are also described in the hygiene code.
